BUSH REVEGETATOR
- Assist in the implementation of large-scale revegetation projects including site preparation, planting works, erosion control and irrigation of sites
- Assist in weed management and control of previously completed sites and upcoming project works, working within an established team
- Assist in plant stock deliveries from the nursery to our sites located throughout South-Western Sydney and the Illawarra
- Opportunity to be a part of an award-winning team of enthusiastic and qualified horticulturists and revegetators
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Excellent health and fitness
- Strong team player with sound communication skills
- Highly motivated
- Own transport/drivers licence
- MR licence is advantageous
- Demonstrated interest in land care conservation and the environment
TRAINEE
- Assist the in the implementation of large-scale revegetation projects including site preparation, planting works, erosion control and irrigation of sites.
- Assist in weed management and routine maintenance of all project sites. Sites are located throughout South-Western Sydney and the Illawarra with well-established major clients.
- Attend TAFE 1 day per week (YALLAH campus) to undertake Certificate III in conservation & Ecosystem Management
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Excellent health and fitness
- Strong team player with sound communication skills
- Highly motivated
- Own transport and drivers license
- Demonstrated interest in land care, conservation and the environment
HORTICULTURE TRAINEESHIP
- Assist in plant production, dispatch, plant maintenance & propagation, all in a fast paced environment
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Excellent health and fitness
- Strong team player with sound communication skills
- Highly motivated
- Own transport/drivers license
- Demonstrated interest in horticulture and the environment.
- Workplace health & safety card for the construction industry
NURSERY HAND
- Assist in production of all plant stock and associated maintenance activities
- Assist in picking orders and dispatch of stock for all customers
- Assist in plant deliveries throughout the Illawarra and Sydney metro areas – MR licence advantageous
- General maintenance and up-keep of the nursery site
